Intermediate Skills ( 3 hours)
This course is designed for those with some existing barista experience, or who have already attended our basic course. It’s all about perfecting your drink making skills and developing a wider understanding of the ever evolving coffee industry.
You will learn the history of coffee, as well as the growing, harvesting and roasting process . Important aspects such as the calibration of your grinder and the science behind your espresso extraction (to get the most out of your beans), are also covered.
Basic Latte art techniques included.
