Delivery and Terms

COMMERCIAL MACHINES
Unless specified  on your order, your machine will be delivered by courier.  If you choose to have delivery installation and training, then a fully qualified engineer will install for you.  You will be sent an installation checklist prior to installation which must be returned promptly.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Lead times are for guidance only.  If you have a critical deadline please contact us by phone or email  to check availability.

For orders shipped without tracking we will provide proof of sending.  We cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver by Royal Mail. Proof of sending will act as confirmatio that goods have been despatched

Delivery charges will be shown on when you select the delivery service you require (24hour, 48 hour etc.,). Delivery charges subject to VAT.

Important Notice: Many of our products ship for next day delivery, but some are sourced overseas and may take longer.  This is shown clearly in the shipping options at checkout.  Once ordered from overseas, the order can not be cancelled, so please be certain you are happy with the delivery time before placing your order.

You order is binding and once placed no refund will be given.  Please ensure that the delivery address including postcode is correct and there will be someone there during 9.00 – 5.00 to accept delivery. If there is not going to be anyone to accept delivery, please provide an alternative address.

EXCEPT where specified otherwise all equipment is supplied with a manufacturers 12 months parts and labour return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay transport charges to return the equipment. Call us on 0121 667 6171 and we will give you details of where the goods are to be returned to.

Your goods will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers absolute discretion.

If in the opinion of the manufacturer, the goods are not faulty, then you will be charged for re-delivery to your address. The goods will not be returned until this charge is paid.

In the event of a dispute as to whether or not the goods are faulty, the manufacturers decision is final.
